I had the best stay here!

I really enjoyed staying here the few times I did. The view & landscaping is really quite nice. I had an optician’s rep trunk show thing in the main ballroom. It was a lot of fun & the food was really good. It’s very organized & the staff is very professional. Plenty of parking below in the parking garage area. The staff is thoughtful & the hotel is very clean & stylish, but not overdone at all. Excellent.

Horrible website! Wanted to book the Witches Tea for my mom’s 60th birthday. Four of us were on the website right at 10 AM everyday to make the reservations. After two minutes they were all “booked” and the website crashed several times! When we called reception they were unsympathetic and unhelpful. They said sorry the website wasn’t working for any of us but that is the only way we can make reservations. End of story. So disappointed!
